The new Labour Government has pledged to introduce a very ambitious and wide-ranging programme of employment law reform, and all with a strict time limit. Labour have pledged to introduce legislation within the first 100 days with implementation likely to be in 2025.
This seminar will consider the likely changes with guidance on how to prepare, subjects include:
- Day one unfair dismissal rights
- Family friendly policies and sexual harassment
- Zero hours contracts
- Employment status
- The right to switch off
- Changes to National Minimum Wage
- Changes to SSP
Employers should be planning now for the changes. Presented by highly experienced employment law practitioners and speakers, the seminar will provide employers with practical advice on how best to navigate the new employment framework.
Speakers for this event will be:
- Andrew Masters – Partner & Head of Employment
- Patrick Glencross – Senior Associate
