I-Construct is a supply chain development and innovation support project designed to help UK-based companies* access opportunities in the construction market and develop new products and services within their businesses.

On 8th June, hear how you can be involved in the Sizewell C supply chain as EDF shares their plans to build a new nuclear power station off the Suffolk coast.

This is a nationally significant infrastructure project which, if approved by the government in December this year, will provide the construction industry with copious business opportunities.

If you’re a local or regional business in the construction supply chain, Sizewell C are keen to maximise your role in the project and are using Suffolk Chamber of Commerce’s portal to introduce local and regional suppliers to Tier1 and Tier2 contractors.

At the webinar, you’ll hear from Steven Carroll, EDF’s Senior Supply Chain Lead for Sizewell C, as he talks about the project and what EDF expects from its suppliers and their subcontractors.

Gareth Davies, Head of Sizewell C Supply Chain Engagement at Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, will also be joining us to share in greater detail about their service and how they will help main contractors become aware of the local and regional supply chain.

Learning outcomes/take-aways:

  • Identify opportunities for your business
  • Understand any pre-qualification requirements
  • Increase your understanding of significant infrastructure projects
