Join the Produced in Kent team on Wednesday 17 February 2021 from 12:00 – 13:00hrs for a workshop on IP organised by Mark Callaghan, Patent and Design Attorney, and David Yeomans, Trade Mark Attorney at Keltie LLP. Mark and David will give a detailed introduction to IP, focusing on:

• Copyright;

• Trademarks;

• Designs; and

• Patents.

For each of these types of IP they will explain what it applies to and the benefits of registering it (where applicable – copyright does not need to be registered). They will also offer some practical tips and points to consider in terms of identifying IP, registering it effectively and infringement.

The talk will last about 45 minutes, after which the floor will be open for questions from the attendees.
