The Kent Construction Focus Group (KCFG) is a one-stop-shop for local businesses to discuss the future of Kent development, giving companies access to local knowledge, expertise and contracts. KCFG promotes the future role of Kent land development and construction businesses in the growth and development of Kent and its environment.

This weeks guest speaker will be Simon Dudley, EDC Chairman at Ebbsfleet Garden City;
A major new centre at the heart of Ebbsfleet Garden City is to be created after a deal to buy land was completed. Ebbsfleet Central will deliver a new commercial and residential centre within the Garden City providing jobs, homes, community and cultural facilities. Ebbsfleet Central will be a dynamic urban centre with a commercial core supported by quality homes, community and cultural facilities, serving the whole Ebbsfleet Garden City area and beyond.

Also joining this session will be Mark Nolan, partner at Lee Evans Partnership. Mark is leading the design of the Education Campus at the Ebbsfleet Garden City project and will provide an overview on what the campus will look like, and the innovative ways the campus will will incorporate sustainable credentials. 

The session will start promptly at 7:30am for a chance to be put into breakout rooms and network with the other attendee’s. You will be placed at random into a virtual ‘room’ for 30 minutes before the main session starts at 8am. If you would not like to take part in the networking session, then feel free to join us at 8am.
