In 2004, when the first vines were planted at Gusbourne Estate, we had a clear vision and a single goal: to create vintage English Sparkling Wines that would stand up alongside the very finest offerings from across the globe. This quest for excellence has borne fruit as we are to date England’s most-awarded wine producer, with our Blanc de Blancs 2018 winning Best in Show at the 2023 World Decanter Awards.

Gusbourne is also a proud founding member of SWGB (Sustainable Wines of Great Britain), the first and only sustainability scheme for the wine industry in the UK, and has been sustainability accredited since the first year (2019). The accreditation is for both vineyard practices and winery practices.
