Delivered as a small group session with like-minded people, attendees will benefit from factsheets, discounts, local supplier benefits, free web resources, a PR package, potential extra one to one support and a series of intensive web-based workshops that will cover the following topics;

Workshop 1 – The Plan

Test your business idea, develop your market research, establish proof of concept, understand the elements of a business plan, assess and source your funding requirements. Optional 1:1’s in the afternoon.

Workshop 2 – Making the Sale

Build a brand, writing a press release, understand your sales processes, develop customer contacts, utilise social media, identify your routes to market, How to sell? and to whom? Optional 1:1’s in the afternoon.

Workshop 3 – Money Management

Pricing, planning your cash flow, know your tax and VAT requirements, sensible easy to follow bookkeeping, funding and getting paid. Removing the barriers to start-up, where to find further help and support, press package and PR, writing a business plan.
