Greg Searle MBE – One of Britain’s greatest rowers of all time, Greg draws on his experience of elite performance as an Olympic Gold Medalist.

Professor Adam Ockelford began teaching music at the Linden Lodge School for the Blind in London. He is now a Professor of Music at the University of Roehampton, the Chair of Soundabout and founder of the AMBER Trust. He is also Secretary of the Society for Education, Music and Psychology Research (SEMPRE).

Claire Foy has been Head of Learning & Professional Development at Coutts & Co and Adam Bank since 2016. An avid supporter of the development and success of those around her, women in particular, her role allows her to use creativity and forward thinking in development opportunities for others.

Adrian Webster inspires individuals, transforms teams and electrifies entire organisations with his simple but highly effective philosophy.

Dr Mark Bawden is the co-author of ‘Pig Wrestling’. He spent 20 years as a performance psychologist, which saw him work across elite sport, education, health and business.

Dr Emma Byrne writes for Forbes, the FT, and the Global Business Magazine in addition to TV appearances on AI and robotics. Her interest in neuroscience led to her first popular science book: “Swearing is Good for You: The Amazing Science of Bad Language.”

Henry Fraser was 17 years old when a tragic accident severely crushed his spinal cord. Paralysed from the shoulders down, he has conquered unimaginable difficulty to embrace life and a new way of living.

Luke Rees is a Multi-Award Winning International Motivational Speaker who has spoken to thousands of people across the world sharing his story of how to believe in yourself to unlock your potential. After nearly taking his own life in 2012 due to his mental health struggles, Luke discovered the power of sharing his story, to help others change their lives.

Jeff Weigh – Through his company ‘Ignite Performance’,  Jeff helps individuals and organisations to do more of the things they want to do in life and in work whilst improving overall well-being.
