Join Kent County Council Trading Standards, Produced in Kent and Department for International Trade for an hour of conversation as we discuss the new legal requirements from 1st January 2021.

This Q&A will focus on food manufacture and export and is an opportunity to get your questions answered.

Goods that fail to comply will be refused entry to the EU leaving you liable for:

  • costs of examination,
  • storage and
  • re-working.

Non-delivery of goods may lead to:

  • breach of contract,
  • loss of trading partners and
  • financial and reputational harm.

KCC Trading Standards food expert, Nathan Martin, and UKDIT Trade Advisor for Kent, Richard Bond, will share their knowledge and answer your questions.

If you trade with the EU, you need to attend this event.
