Join Westgate Hall for an International Women’s Day networking breakfast event to reconnect and re-energise ready for success in 2022.

After the seismic changes of the last few years, how are women from across Kent drawing on their creativity, energy, and passion to self-start and succeed in our Covid-responsive world?

Canterbury’s 5th International Women’s Day event, presented by Westgate Hall in collaboration with Canterbury BID, welcomes Ruth Simpson, Founder of  Simpsons Wine Estate, Walpole Power list influencer and Wine GB board member, to share her journey from working for humanitarian causes to setting up two international wine businesses. The discussion will be facilitated by Westgate Hall Chief Executive and BID Chair Clare Millett, followed by networking, and chance to see and buy from a selection of young female entrepreneurs, who will be showcasing their crafts, makes and bakes.

Westgate Hall’s annual International Women’s Day event began in 2018, launching the first of its kind in Canterbury. 12 women gathered around one table.
