Ixion are a not for profit subsidiary of Anglia Ruskin University, and have secured the European Social Fund contract in East Sussex and Kent. The contract is designed to support local businesses to –

• Up-grade knowledge, skills & competences of the workforce
• Offer qualifications needed for career progression, business growth & innovation
• Offer tailored high-level short courses

As a local business to this area you may be able to take advantage of this funding to upskill your current staff. If you employ between 1 & 249 members of staff you are eligible for fully funded courses.

Ixion are currently offering a range of courses from Leadership & Management, Sales, Digital & Social Media to Customer Services. Ixion are also happy to talk to companies who are interested in receiving funding for training specific to their industry.
